The Nâga

Inspired by the bustling street markets of Cambodia: fast, fresh, comforting dishes cooked to order in an open kitchen. A deliberately short menu for consistent quality and fast service.

Lok-lak, the national dish

Shaped by French influence (diced beef, easy to eat with chopsticks) and Chinese influence (simmered in soy oil), lok-lak is one of Cambodia's national dishes today. We serve it in three versions.

An award-winning rice

We serve jasmine rice from Cambodia, an origin regularly crowned at the World's Best Rice Awards (2012, 2013, 2014, 2018, 2022). Long silky grain, floral jasmine aroma — it's the soul of the lok-lak.
